Support Subscription
Customers that have an active support subscription benefit from the following:
Access to ongoing software updates
Access to discounted rates for our TCMax seminar
Technical support via telephone and email
Customers without an active support agreement may continue to utilize their licensed Soaring Software Solutions, Inc. product(s), but will not have access to the support services listed above.
Custom Reports
Custom reports can be designed and deployed within your TCMax environment. Pricing is determined based on the estimated development time required to configure the custom report.
Once the report has been created using the built-in Report Builder, it can be imported into TCMax and will be available for immediate use.
Custom Status Trackers
Custom status trackers can be developed and deployed within your TCMax environment. Pricing is determined based on the estimated development time required to configure the custom tracker.
Once the tracker has been created using the built-in Custom Tracker Builder, it can be imported into TCMax and will be available for immediate use.
On-Site Training
A member of our training team will travel to your location and teach a customized TCMax class that focuses on your specific wants and needs.
Our trainer will be happy to educate your end users on all the features and functions of the software while answering all their questions.
There is no limit to the class size for this training. This service is priced at rate per training day.
Training at Soaring
We invite our customers to come to our office in Swanton, Ohio for a TCMax training class.
This service is priced per trainee per day. Just like our on-site training, we tailor the training to focus on the needs of the customer.
Q & A is strongly encouraged. We recommend to bring a mobile computer to follow along with the course, but not required.
Remote Training
A web based training presentation will be available to allow our trainer and any number of trainees to participate in a live online training experience.
A computer with an internet connection will be necessary for the training. We utilize a web conference provider to share the screen of our trainer to the audience.
The web training sessions are recorded and shared back to you for future employee and retraining opportunities.
