Our IT Chief, Jeff Snyder, really enjoyed working with him. He said that Andy was very knowledgeable with the TCMax, the entire experience went very smoothly because of him, and he was very helpful. This experience definitely changed our view of this process, because our past experiences were not very pleasant to say the least. We got a lot further and learned more of the options with the TCMax than our prior experience (with competitor software) and in a shorter amount of time. Again, awesome experience, greatly appreciated. I personally look forward to working with Andy and the rest of your crew at Soaring Software, especially since apparently Andy is on the lower end of the totem pole. If this is try, I can't imagine what the rest of your personnel are like. This has potential to be a big investment for both parties. A mine in Peru discovered that they went from a 55% per year tool and equipment loss rate to less than 3% after installing TCMax, and they know who to hold accountable for that 3% as well. From AM1 Jeff Araya, US Navy HSM-6, "I just wanted to drop you a quick note and tank you for all the assistance that you provided me and HSM-41 in the implementation of TCMax. I learned a lot and I truly believe that we put together the best tool/HAZMAT check out system that the navy has. Hopefully the navy will come to that conclusion soon and you will do more business with them." A major truck manufacturer discovered after using TCMax for a few months that they had approximately $2,000 per month of expendable items being taken by a few employees in just one of ten tool rooms. The truck manufacturer was able to immediately stop this loss. We then developed a new report to make detecting theft even easier. A USAF Security Police customer easily passes an inspection which required them to quickly issue assets to their 400+ security police force within a specific time frame, and because of TCMax they made it in record time. Shift change now requires less than half of the time required before they installed TCMax. A fire department originally planned two people a four hour block of time to physically inventory their large pumper. Now one person completes the inventory in less than an hour using TCMaxMobile. A railroad locomotive maintenance tool room reports that their previous $5,000 per month tool loss has been reduced to zero overnight thanks to TCMax.
