A mine in Peru discovered that they went from a 55% per year tool and equipment loss rate to less than 3% after installing TCMax, and they know who to hold accountable for that 3% as well. A major truck manufacturer discovered after using TCMax for a few months that they had approximately $2,000 per month of expendable items being taken by a few employees in just one of ten tool rooms. The truck manufacturer was able to immediately stop this loss. We then developed a new report to make detecting theft even easier. A USAF Security Police customer easily passes an inspection which required them to quickly issue assets to their 400+ security police force within a specific time frame, and because of TCMax they made it in record time. Shift change now requires less than half of the time required before they installed TCMax. A fire department originally planned two people a four hour block of time to physically inventory their large pumper. Now one person completes the inventory in less than an hour using TCMaxMobile.
